Welcome Tony & Rochelle! Once signed-in, on the top, right-hand corner of your screen (just below your name) you should see a few links, the bottom of-which is "Settings". Click on the "Settings" link and you will be taken to your profile settings page where you should be able to add/change your profile picture. Please let me know if that does not work for you :-)
